So you had a computer tower, your cat knocked it over, and it won't turn on.
My two cents: Can you open it up? Has any of the internals there been cracked/damaged?

it is wide open on one side (it fell on the otherside not the wide open one)
also there doesnt seem to be any loose cables or any damaged ones, ive tried restarting it severals time and plugging and unplugging it, it still doesnt work.
though, it is an old cpu box i might just buy a new one soon...
@summap A more educated guess: Something to do with the motherboard or the components themselves being damaged.
